Looking for a way to jump start your meditation practice?

Monday and Thursday: Psalm meditation

Fridays: Metta loving-kindness meditation.

So basically how this works: We log in. We read a psalm together, meditate in silence for 5 minutes and then briefly share thoughts for the day. On Fridays we do guided metta loving-kindness meditation, meditate in silence for 10 minutes and then check in if we want to.

You can drop in whenever…New folks welcome.  All you have to do is download Zoom and then sign in here just before 7am. The host logs in five minutes early to help with technical difficulties. (Please note that sometimes you have to click the link again once you load Zoom.)

**Technical Details:  We’re using the Zoom platform, so you can pop over to and check that out beforehand. This is a free service and it lets us welcome a large number of people. Of course, there will likely be technical difficulties, but that’s part of the fun of a spiritual practice. It helps to have headphones with mics. Our curator logs in 5 minutes early to help you get set up.
