Saturdays

9:30 am – 11:30 am

This workshop is open to anyone — not just those in recovery.

While the phrase “12-steps” can be shorthand for recovering communities, the actual 12 steps are tools anyone can use to work on their spiritual lives. The 12 steps were developed by Alcoholics Anonymous in the 1930s as a way to help alcoholics recover, and they provide a rigorous program that can help us explore our concepts of the divine, examine ourselves and our shortcomings, repair broken relationships, find ways to deepen our relationship with the sacred, and encourage us to serve our communities.

This weekly workshop will focus on discussing each step and providing a conceptual framework for those who would like to use this tool. Part of the workshops will include people from the recovering community who can share their varied experience with each step.
